My name is Nadine Hermann and I'm a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. I have always been interested in sports and fascinated by the way the human body moves. Being physically active made me curious  as to how to move more functionally and efficiently in my daily life . After my first education in social work I decided to follow my desire to gain more in-depth knowledge of the human body. This led me to study Physiotherapy in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. In 2011 I obtained my Physiotherapy degree from Fontys Hogescholen  and my Pilates certification from Polestar. Since then I have worked as a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor in Germany. To ensure and maintain up-to-date treatment practices I feel it is inherrently important to evolve and specialise in specific areas. There are so many ways to make a difference in people's lives and the health care system is constantly developing. I believe I should do the same, as so I immerse myself in specific literature and courses in the field of Physiotherapy and Pilates to offer my patients and clients the best possible treatment.
